    Employer confirmation and document collection

    After employer approval, required personal and employment documents are collected in one structured package.

    Document check, payment, and delivery

    Documents are validated, payment stage is completed, and the prepared file set is delivered through controlled logistics.

    Visa slot and flight tickets

    Visa appointment timing and travel arrangements are coordinated so your relocation plan stays predictable.

  5. 05

    Employment start

    You arrive on schedule and begin employment with onboarding aligned to the agreed start date.

A two-stage payment structure with clear checkpoints, so cost, delivery, and timing stay predictable from start to employment.

  1. 01

    245 EUR initial processing fee

    Paid at the start of coordination to launch document preparation, employer workflow, visa slot planning, and shipment handling.

  2. 02

    245 EUR after employment starts

    Deducted from the candidate's first salary after relocation is completed and employment officially begins.

  1. Total service fee is fixed at 490 EUR.
  2. Document package is prepared and delivered before visa appointment.
  3. Visa issuance and departure date are coordinated with recruiter support.
  4. Flight tickets are provided by employer or recruiter side.
  5. Second payment stage is completed only after employment start.
