Transparent service fee model
Total service fee is 490 EUR: 245 EUR upfront after approval, and 245 EUR deducted from first salary after employment start.
Post-visa departure coordination
After visa issuance, departure date is aligned with the recruiter. Flight tickets are provided by recruiter/employer side.
A sales consultant is required to work in a retail store in Riga. Responsibilities include advising customers, displaying products, and operating the cash register. The work schedule is shift-based, 5 days on, 2 days off. Basic English or Russian language skills are needed for communication with customers and colleagues. Accommodation near the workplace is provided, meals are available on site, and transportation to and from work is arranged. Bonuses are paid for overtime. Retail experience is welcomed but not required; training is provided on site.
