Transparent service fee model
Total service fee is 490 EUR: 245 EUR upfront after approval, and 245 EUR deducted from first salary after employment start.
Post-visa departure coordination
After visa issuance, departure date is aligned with the recruiter. Flight tickets are provided by recruiter/employer side.
Construction workers are needed for projects in Tallinn. Responsibilities include site preparation, assisting specialists, laying materials, and site cleaning. Work hours are from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with possible overtime paid additionally. Basic English is required for communication within the team. Accommodation near the site, meals, and transportation to work are provided. Work experience is welcomed but not required; training is provided on site.
