Transparent service fee model

We are looking for sales consultants to work in a retail store in Zagreb. Responsibilities include advising customers, displaying merchandise, operating the cash register, and maintaining order in the sales area. Basic knowledge of English or Croatian is required for communication with customers and colleagues. The job involves shift work, 40 hours per week. We provide accommodation near the workplace, meals on site, and transportation to the store. Overtime is paid and bonuses are given for good performance. Retail experience is welcome but not required; training is provided on site.
