Transparent service fee model
Total service fee is 490 EUR: 245 EUR upfront after approval, and 245 EUR deducted from first salary after employment start.

We are looking for workers at a recycling plant in Tallinn. Responsibilities include sorting and processing waste, monitoring equipment operation, and maintaining cleanliness at the workplace. Basic understanding of English or Russian is required for communication with colleagues and instructions. The job is shift-based, full-time. We offer official employment, housing near the plant, meals on site, and free transportation. Bonuses are also provided for processed volumes. No prior experience required, training provided on site.
