Transparent service fee model
Total service fee is 490 EUR: 245 EUR upfront after approval, and 245 EUR deducted from first salary after employment start.
Post-visa departure coordination
After visa issuance, departure date is aligned with the recruiter. Flight tickets are provided by recruiter/employer side.
Builders are required to perform general construction work at sites in Vilnius. Responsibilities include site preparation, assisting with structure assembly, and site cleaning. Working hours are from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with possible overtime paid. Accommodation is provided near the workplace, meals are partially compensated, and transport to the site is organized. Basic English is required for communication with colleagues. Work experience is welcomed but not mandatory.
