Transparent service fee model
Total service fee is 490 EUR: 245 EUR upfront after approval, and 245 EUR deducted from first salary after employment start.
Post-visa departure coordination
After visa issuance, departure date is aligned with the recruiter. Flight tickets are provided by recruiter/employer side.
Responsibilities include assisting passengers during check-in, escorting them to the boarding gate, and providing airport-related information. Work is in shifts, with possible overtime paid additionally. Basic English knowledge is required; Russian or Finnish is a plus. We provide free meals, transportation to work, and accommodation near the airport. Opportunities for career growth and bonuses for overtime are available.
