Transparent service fee model
Total service fee is 490 EUR: 245 EUR upfront after approval, and 245 EUR deducted from first salary after employment start.
Post-visa departure coordination
After visa issuance, departure date is aligned with the recruiter. Flight tickets are provided by recruiter/employer side.
Workers are needed for a factory in Riga. Duties include product packaging, quality control, and maintaining order at the workplace. Shift work with possible overtime. Accommodation near the factory, meals on site, and transportation to work are provided. Timely payment with bonuses for overtime. Communication language is basic English or Russian.
