Transparent service fee model
Total service fee is 490 EUR: 245 EUR upfront after approval, and 245 EUR deducted from first salary after employment start.
Post-visa departure coordination
After visa issuance, departure date is aligned with the recruiter. Flight tickets are provided by recruiter/employer side.
Work at Riga airport in passenger service. Responsibilities include assisting passengers during check-in, escorting them to the boarding gate, and providing flight schedule information. Basic English proficiency is required; Russian is a plus. On-site training and official employment are provided. The work schedule is shift-based, with possible additional paid hours. Housing and meals may be provided for foreign workers. Transportation to the workplace and overtime bonuses are also offered.
