Transparent service fee model
Total service fee is 490 EUR: 245 EUR upfront after approval, and 245 EUR deducted from first salary after employment start.
Post-visa departure coordination
After visa issuance, departure date is aligned with the recruiter. Flight tickets are provided by recruiter/employer side.
Builders are needed for work at sites in Riga. Responsibilities include site preparation, performing simple installation tasks, and assisting skilled specialists. Basic understanding of English is required for communication at the workplace. Accommodation, meals, and transportation to the site are provided. Overtime bonuses are possible. Construction experience is welcomed but not required.
