Transparent service fee model
Total service fee is 490 EUR: 245 EUR upfront after approval, and 245 EUR deducted from first salary after employment start.
Post-visa departure coordination
After visa issuance, departure date is aligned with the recruiter. Flight tickets are provided by recruiter/employer side.
Workers are needed to perform seasonal and permanent tasks on the farm. Responsibilities include planting, plant care, harvesting, and assisting with animal care. The job is suitable for migrants with basic knowledge of English or Russian. Accommodation is provided near the workplace, meals are available on site, and transportation to the farm is offered. There is an opportunity to earn bonuses for overtime. The schedule is 5-6 days a week, daytime shifts. No experience required, training provided on site.
