Transparent service fee model

We are looking for an office cleaner to work in office buildings in Antwerp. Responsibilities include wet and dry cleaning, taking out the trash, and maintaining cleanliness in common areas. The schedule is shift-based, 5-6 days a week, with day and evening shifts. Hourly pay ranges from 11 to 14 euros depending on experience. Accommodation or assistance with finding housing is provided, paid transportation to work, and meals during shifts. Overtime bonuses available. Basic knowledge of English or French is required to understand instructions. No prior experience necessary, training provided on site.
