Transparent service fee model

After visa issuance, departure date is aligned with the recruiter. Flight tickets are provided by recruiter/employer side.
We are looking for construction workers for projects in Vilnius. Responsibilities include site preparation, assisting professional builders, loading and unloading tasks, and performing simple construction duties. No prior experience required, training provided on site. Accommodation, meals, and transportation to the workplace are provided. Overtime bonuses possible. Basic English or Lithuanian is required to understand instructions.
