Transparent service fee model
Total service fee is 490 EUR: 245 EUR upfront after approval, and 245 EUR deducted from first salary after employment start.
Post-visa departure coordination
After visa issuance, departure date is aligned with the recruiter. Flight tickets are provided by recruiter/employer side.
Warehouse workers needed in Riga. Responsibilities: receiving and sorting goods, packing, preparing for shipment. Conditions: work 5 days a week, 8-hour shifts. Accommodation, meals on site, and transport to work provided. Overtime bonuses available. Support in Russian and basic English. No experience required, training provided on site.
