Transparent service fee model
Total service fee is 490 EUR: 245 EUR upfront after approval, and 245 EUR deducted from first salary after employment start.
Post-visa departure coordination
After visa issuance, departure date is aligned with the recruiter. Flight tickets are provided by recruiter/employer side.
Builders are needed for construction sites in Tallinn. Responsibilities include site preparation, assisting supervisors, and performing simple construction tasks. Basic English is required for communication on site. Accommodation and meals are provided, and transportation to the site is organized. Overtime bonuses are possible. Work experience is welcomed but not required.
