Transparent service fee model
Total service fee is 490 EUR: 245 EUR upfront after approval, and 245 EUR deducted from first salary after employment start.
Post-visa departure coordination
After visa issuance, departure date is aligned with the recruiter. Flight tickets are provided by recruiter/employer side.
We are looking for employees to work at an agricultural enterprise in Riga. Responsibilities include harvesting and sorting crops, plant care, and assisting with farm tasks. Basic English is required for communication with colleagues. Accommodation near the workplace, meals, and transportation to the job site are provided. Overtime bonuses are possible. Work schedule is 5-6 days a week, 8-hour shifts.
