Transparent service fee model
Total service fee is 490 EUR: 245 EUR upfront after approval, and 245 EUR deducted from first salary after employment start.
Post-visa departure coordination
After visa issuance, departure date is aligned with the recruiter. Flight tickets are provided by recruiter/employer side.
A farm worker is needed in Limerick to assist with harvesting and plant care. The work is physically active with no complex operations. Duties include picking vegetables and fruits, sorting produce, and helping with site cleanup. Basic English is required for communication with colleagues. Accommodation near the workplace, meals, and transport to the farm are provided. Bonuses are possible for overtime and additional motivation. Work schedule is 5-6 days a week, with 8-hour shifts.
