Transparent service fee model
Total service fee is 490 EUR: 245 EUR upfront after approval, and 245 EUR deducted from first salary after employment start.
Post-visa departure coordination
After visa issuance, departure date is aligned with the recruiter. Flight tickets are provided by recruiter/employer side.
Workers are needed to assist with agricultural tasks: harvesting, plant care, and product packaging. The work schedule is 5-6 days a week, with 8-hour shifts. Stable pay ranges from 900 to 1200 euros per month depending on experience and work quality. Accommodation near the workplace, meals, and transportation to the farm are provided. Overtime bonuses are possible. Basic English or Lithuanian language skills are required for communication and instructions. Physical endurance and carefulness are welcomed.
