Transparent service fee model

Post-visa departure coordination
After visa issuance, departure date is aligned with the recruiter. Flight tickets are provided by recruiter/employer side.
We are looking for workers to assist on agricultural fields in the Constanta area. Responsibilities include harvesting, plant care, soil preparation, and equipment assistance. The workday is usually 8-10 hours, with possible overtime paid additionally. Accommodation near the workplace, meals, and transport to the fields are provided. Basic understanding of English or Romanian is required for communication with the team and management. Agricultural experience is welcomed but not mandatory. Opportunity for stable seasonal work and bonuses for overtime.
