Transparent service fee model
Total service fee is 490 EUR: 245 EUR upfront after approval, and 245 EUR deducted from first salary after employment start.
Post-visa departure coordination
After visa issuance, departure date is aligned with the recruiter. Flight tickets are provided by recruiter/employer side.
Workers are needed for agricultural tasks: harvesting vegetables and fruits, plant care, and product packaging. Work is outdoors with 8-hour shifts. Accommodation near the farm, meals, and transportation are provided. Payments are monthly with bonuses for overtime. Basic knowledge of English or German is required for communication with management. No experience necessary, training provided on site.
