Transparent service fee model
Total service fee is 490 EUR: 245 EUR upfront after approval, and 245 EUR deducted from first salary after employment start.
Post-visa departure coordination
After visa issuance, departure date is aligned with the recruiter. Flight tickets are provided by recruiter/employer side.
Workers are needed to assist on agricultural lands in the Riga area. Duties include harvesting, plant care, and helping with land preparation. The work is seasonal and suitable for migrants without experience. Accommodation, meals, and transportation to the workplace are provided. There is an opportunity to earn bonuses for overtime. Basic knowledge of English or Russian is required for communication with management.
