Transparent service fee model
Total service fee is 490 EUR: 245 EUR upfront after approval, and 245 EUR deducted from first salary after employment start.
Post-visa departure coordination
After visa issuance, departure date is aligned with the recruiter. Flight tickets are provided by recruiter/employer side.
A farm assistant is needed in Finland. Main duties include plant care, harvesting, feeding animals, and maintaining cleanliness on the premises. The job is suitable for migrants with basic English skills. Accommodation near the farm, meals, and transportation to the workplace are provided. Overtime bonuses are possible. Work schedule is 5-6 days a week, 8-hour shifts.
