Transparent service fee model
Total service fee is 490 EUR: 245 EUR upfront after approval, and 245 EUR deducted from first salary after employment start.
Post-visa departure coordination
After visa issuance, departure date is aligned with the recruiter. Flight tickets are provided by recruiter/employer side.
Assistant needed for seasonal work on a farm near Poznań. Main duties: picking vegetables and fruits, sorting the harvest, helping with loading products. Suitable for migrants without experience, basic knowledge of English or Polish required for communication. Accommodation provided near the workplace, meals and transport to the field included. Opportunity to earn bonuses for overtime. Work schedule is 6 days a week, shifts of 8-10 hours.
