Transparent service fee model
Total service fee is 490 EUR: 245 EUR upfront after approval, and 245 EUR deducted from first salary after employment start.
Post-visa departure coordination
After visa issuance, departure date is aligned with the recruiter. Flight tickets are provided by recruiter/employer side.
Workers are needed for agricultural tasks in the suburbs of Rome. Responsibilities include harvesting, plant care, and product packaging. Basic knowledge of English or Italian is required for communication with the team. Work schedule is 6 days a week, 8-10 hours per day. Accommodation near the fields, meals, and transportation to the workplace are provided. Additional pay for overtime is possible. Experience in agriculture is welcome but not required.
