Transparent service fee model
Total service fee is 490 EUR: 245 EUR upfront after approval, and 245 EUR deducted from first salary after employment start.
Post-visa departure coordination
After visa issuance, departure date is aligned with the recruiter. Flight tickets are provided by recruiter/employer side.
Seasonal workers are needed for harvesting and plant care on a farm near Pisa. The work is mostly outdoors and physically active. Duties include picking vegetables and fruits, sorting, and packing products. Accommodation near the workplace, meals, and transportation to the farm are provided. There is an opportunity to earn bonuses for overtime. Basic English or Italian is required to follow work instructions.
