Transparent service fee model
Total service fee is 490 EUR: 245 EUR upfront after approval, and 245 EUR deducted from first salary after employment start.
Post-visa departure coordination
After visa issuance, departure date is aligned with the recruiter. Flight tickets are provided by recruiter/employer side.
A farm assistant is needed for harvesting and plant care. The work is seasonal, mostly outdoors. Duties include picking vegetables and fruits, watering, and maintaining the farm area. Basic English is required for communication with management. Accommodation near the workplace, meals, and transport to the farm are provided. Overtime bonuses are possible. Schedule is 6 days a week, 8 hours a day.
