Transparent service fee model
Total service fee is 490 EUR: 245 EUR upfront after approval, and 245 EUR deducted from first salary after employment start.
Post-visa departure coordination
After visa issuance, departure date is aligned with the recruiter. Flight tickets are provided by recruiter/employer side.
Workers are needed for seasonal agricultural tasks involving harvesting and plant care. Duties include planting, picking vegetables and fruits, caring for plants, and helping maintain order on the farm. No prior experience required, training will be provided. Basic English or Finnish is needed for communication with colleagues. Accommodation is provided in a dormitory near the farm, along with meals and transportation to the workplace. Bonuses available for overtime and good performance. Work schedule is 40 hours per week, with possible additional hours.
