Transparent service fee model
Total service fee is 490 EUR: 245 EUR upfront after approval, and 245 EUR deducted from first salary after employment start.
Post-visa departure coordination
After visa issuance, departure date is aligned with the recruiter. Flight tickets are provided by recruiter/employer side.
Workers are needed for agricultural tasks in the Poznan area. Duties include harvesting vegetables and fruits, plant care, and assisting with agricultural machinery. Work is outdoors, mostly in the fields. Schedule is 6 days a week, 8-10 hours per day. Accommodation is provided near the workplace, and meals are partially paid by the employer. Transportation to work is available. Overtime bonuses possible. Basic knowledge of English or Polish is required for communication with the supervisor. No experience necessary, training provided on site.
