Transparent service fee model
Total service fee is 490 EUR: 245 EUR upfront after approval, and 245 EUR deducted from first salary after employment start.
Post-visa departure coordination
After visa issuance, departure date is aligned with the recruiter. Flight tickets are provided by recruiter/employer side.
A farm worker is needed for harvesting and plant care. Work is outdoors and physically active. Accommodation near the workplace, meals, and transport to the farm are provided. Overtime bonuses possible. No experience required, training provided. Basic knowledge of English or Lithuanian is needed for communication and instructions.
