Transparent service fee model
Total service fee is 490 EUR: 245 EUR upfront after approval, and 245 EUR deducted from first salary after employment start.
Post-visa departure coordination
After visa issuance, departure date is aligned with the recruiter. Flight tickets are provided by recruiter/employer side.
Workers are needed on a farm for harvesting and plant care. Duties include picking vegetables and fruits, sorting, and packaging products. The work is physically demanding and suitable for those ready to work outdoors. Accommodation in a dormitory, meals on site, and transportation to the workplace are provided. Additional pay for overtime is possible. Basic knowledge of English or Polish is required for communication with colleagues and management.
