Transparent service fee model
Total service fee is 490 EUR: 245 EUR upfront after approval, and 245 EUR deducted from first salary after employment start.
Post-visa departure coordination
After visa issuance, departure date is aligned with the recruiter. Flight tickets are provided by recruiter/employer side.
A farm worker is needed in Tartu. Responsibilities include harvesting, plant care, and assisting with daily agricultural tasks. No experience required, training provided on site. The work is physically demanding, so endurance is important. Basic knowledge of English or Russian is required for communication. Accommodation near the workplace, meals, and transport to the field are provided. Overtime bonuses are possible. Schedule is 5-6 days a week, 8-hour shifts.
