Transparent service fee model
Total service fee is 490 EUR: 245 EUR upfront after approval, and 245 EUR deducted from first salary after employment start.
Post-visa departure coordination
After visa issuance, departure date is aligned with the recruiter. Flight tickets are provided by recruiter/employer side.
Workers are needed to perform various agricultural tasks: harvesting, plant care, and product packaging. The work is mainly outdoors, requiring neatness and readiness for physical labor. Accommodation is provided near the workplace, along with meals and transportation to the field. Overtime bonuses are possible. Language: basic English or Estonian. No prior experience required, training provided on site.
