Transparent service fee model
Total service fee is 490 EUR: 245 EUR upfront after approval, and 245 EUR deducted from first salary after employment start.
Post-visa departure coordination
After visa issuance, departure date is aligned with the recruiter. Flight tickets are provided by recruiter/employer side.
Workers are needed to perform various agricultural tasks: planting, plant care, and harvesting. Work is outdoors and may involve physical exertion. Experience is welcome but training is provided. Basic English is required to understand instructions. Accommodation, meals, and transportation to the workplace are provided. Timely payment with possible bonuses for overtime.
