Transparent service fee model

We are looking for workers to harvest crops and care for plants on a farm near Berlin. The job includes picking vegetables and fruits, packing products, and plant care. Basic knowledge of English or German is required to understand instructions. The schedule is 6 days a week, 8 hours per day, with possible overtime paid additionally. Accommodation is provided on the farm premises, along with meals and transportation to the workplace. Payment is stable and timely. Good conditions for migrants and on-site support.
