Transparent service fee model
Total service fee is 490 EUR: 245 EUR upfront after approval, and 245 EUR deducted from first salary after employment start.
Post-visa departure coordination
After visa issuance, departure date is aligned with the recruiter. Flight tickets are provided by recruiter/employer side.
Workers are needed for a farm near Berlin. Duties include harvesting, plant care, and product sorting. The work is physically active and outdoors. Basic knowledge of English or German is required for communication with colleagues and management. Accommodation, meals, and transportation to the workplace are provided. Overtime bonuses are possible. Schedule is 5-6 days a week, from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
