Transparent service fee model
Total service fee is 490 EUR: 245 EUR upfront after approval, and 245 EUR deducted from first salary after employment start.
Post-visa departure coordination
After visa issuance, departure date is aligned with the recruiter. Flight tickets are provided by recruiter/employer side.
Workers are needed to assist on a farm near Nantes. Duties include harvesting vegetables and fruits, plant care, and helping with agricultural machinery. Work hours are from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, 5-6 days a week. Accommodation is provided in a dormitory near the farm, and meals are partially paid by the employer. Transportation to the workplace is organized. Salary ranges from 1500 to 1900 euros per month depending on experience and productivity. Overtime bonuses available. Basic understanding of English or French is required for communication with management and the team.
