Transparent service fee model
Total service fee is 490 EUR: 245 EUR upfront after approval, and 245 EUR deducted from first salary after employment start.
Post-visa departure coordination
After visa issuance, departure date is aligned with the recruiter. Flight tickets are provided by recruiter/employer side.
A farm worker is required in Latvia. Responsibilities include harvesting, plant care, and assistance with household tasks. The job is suitable for migrants with basic English skills. Accommodation, meals, and transportation to the workplace are provided. Overtime bonuses are possible. Work schedule is 5-6 days a week, 8-hour shifts. Salary is paid monthly.
