Transparent service fee model
Total service fee is 490 EUR: 245 EUR upfront after approval, and 245 EUR deducted from first salary after employment start.
Post-visa departure coordination
After visa issuance, departure date is aligned with the recruiter. Flight tickets are provided by recruiter/employer side.
Workers are needed to perform various agricultural tasks: harvesting, plant care, product packaging. Work is outdoors with possible physical exertion. Work schedule is 5-6 days per week, with possible overtime paid additionally. Accommodation near the workplace, meals, and transport to the field are provided. Basic English or Slovenian is required to understand instructions. Agricultural work experience is welcome but not mandatory.
