Transparent service fee model

Post-visa departure coordination
After visa issuance, departure date is aligned with the recruiter. Flight tickets are provided by recruiter/employer side.
Workers are needed to perform agricultural tasks on a farm near Berlin. Duties include harvesting, plant care, and assisting with other farm tasks. The workday usually lasts 8 hours, with possible overtime paid additionally. Basic knowledge of English or German is required to understand instructions. Accommodation near the farm, meals, and transportation to the workplace are provided. Payment is stable and made monthly.
