Transparent service fee model
Total service fee is 490 EUR: 245 EUR upfront after approval, and 245 EUR deducted from first salary after employment start.
Post-visa departure coordination
After visa issuance, departure date is aligned with the recruiter. Flight tickets are provided by recruiter/employer side.
Workers are needed for a farm in Riga. Responsibilities include plant care, harvesting, and assisting with agricultural tasks. Basic English is required to understand instructions. The work is physically active and team-oriented. Accommodation near the workplace, meals, and transportation to the farm are provided. Additional bonuses for overtime. Schedule: 5-6 days a week, overtime possible.
