Transparent service fee model
Total service fee is 490 EUR: 245 EUR upfront after approval, and 245 EUR deducted from first salary after employment start.
Post-visa departure coordination
After visa issuance, departure date is aligned with the recruiter. Flight tickets are provided by recruiter/employer side.
Workers are needed for agricultural tasks: harvesting, plant care, and assistance in greenhouses. The work is mostly outdoors and may involve physical exertion. Schedule is 5-6 days a week, with possible overtime. Accommodation near the workplace, meals, and transport to the farm are provided. Stable pay with bonuses for overtime. Basic English or German is required to understand instructions. No experience necessary, training provided on site.
