Transparent service fee model
Total service fee is 490 EUR: 245 EUR upfront after approval, and 245 EUR deducted from first salary after employment start.
Post-visa departure coordination
After visa issuance, departure date is aligned with the recruiter. Flight tickets are provided by recruiter/employer side.
Workers are needed to assist in agriculture: harvesting, plant care, farm work. Work schedule is 5-6 days a week, 8 hours a day. Accommodation and meals provided, transportation to the workplace included. There is an opportunity to receive bonuses for overtime. Basic English or Russian is required for communication with management. No prior experience needed, training provided on site.
