Transparent service fee model
Total service fee is 490 EUR: 245 EUR upfront after approval, and 245 EUR deducted from first salary after employment start.
Post-visa departure coordination
After visa issuance, departure date is aligned with the recruiter. Flight tickets are provided by recruiter/employer side.
Workers are needed for seasonal and permanent farm jobs. Responsibilities include planting, plant care, harvesting, and product sorting. The work is physically active and requires endurance. Accommodation near the farm, meals, and transportation to the workplace are provided. Payment is timely, with possible bonuses for overtime. Basic English is required for communication with management. Experience in agriculture is welcomed but not mandatory.
