Transparent service fee model
Total service fee is 490 EUR: 245 EUR upfront after approval, and 245 EUR deducted from first salary after employment start.
Post-visa departure coordination
After visa issuance, departure date is aligned with the recruiter. Flight tickets are provided by recruiter/employer side.
A farm worker is required for harvesting vegetables and fruits. Responsibilities include plant care, harvesting, and packaging products. Work is outdoors, with possible extra hours during the season. Accommodation, meals, and transport to the workplace are provided. Payment is twice a month, with bonuses for overtime. Basic English is required to understand instructions.
