Transparent service fee model
Total service fee is 490 EUR: 245 EUR upfront after approval, and 245 EUR deducted from first salary after employment start.
Post-visa departure coordination
After visa issuance, departure date is aligned with the recruiter. Flight tickets are provided by recruiter/employer side.
A farm worker is required to perform various agricultural tasks: harvesting, caring for plants and animals, operating farm machinery. Work schedule is 5-6 days per week, with possible overtime paid. Accommodation, meals, and transportation to the workplace are provided. Basic knowledge of English or German is necessary to understand instructions. Work experience is welcome but not required.
