Transparent service fee model
Total service fee is 490 EUR: 245 EUR upfront after approval, and 245 EUR deducted from first salary after employment start.
Post-visa departure coordination
After visa issuance, departure date is aligned with the recruiter. Flight tickets are provided by recruiter/employer side.
Workers are needed for seasonal agricultural tasks in the Zadar area. Responsibilities include harvesting vegetables and fruits, plant care, and sorting the harvest. Work is outdoors, with possible work on weekends and holidays with overtime pay. Accommodation near the fields, meals, and transportation to the workplace are provided. Basic English or Croatian is required for communication with management. Experience in agriculture is welcome but not mandatory.
