Transparent service fee model
Total service fee is 490 EUR: 245 EUR upfront after approval, and 245 EUR deducted from first salary after employment start.

Workers are needed for agricultural tasks on a farm near Riga. Duties include harvesting, plant care, and assisting with field preparation.
