Transparent service fee model
Total service fee is 490 EUR: 245 EUR upfront after approval, and 245 EUR deducted from first salary after employment start.
Post-visa departure coordination
After visa issuance, departure date is aligned with the recruiter. Flight tickets are provided by recruiter/employer side.
A farm assistant is required in Latvia. Responsibilities include harvesting, plant care, and working with agricultural machinery. Work schedule is 5-6 days a week, with possible overtime paid additionally. Accommodation is provided near the workplace, along with meals and transportation to the farm. Basic English is required for communication at the workplace. No experience necessary, training provided on site.
