Transparent service fee model
Total service fee is 490 EUR: 245 EUR upfront after approval, and 245 EUR deducted from first salary after employment start.
Post-visa departure coordination
After visa issuance, departure date is aligned with the recruiter. Flight tickets are provided by recruiter/employer side.
Workers are needed for seasonal and permanent farm jobs. Duties include planting, harvesting, and plant care. Suitable for people without experience; training provided. Basic knowledge of English or German is required for communication with colleagues. Accommodation near the farm, meals, transport to work, and overtime bonuses are provided. Work schedule is 5-6 days a week with opportunities for extra earnings.
