Transparent service fee model
Total service fee is 490 EUR: 245 EUR upfront after approval, and 245 EUR deducted from first salary after employment start.
Post-visa departure coordination
After visa issuance, departure date is aligned with the recruiter. Flight tickets are provided by recruiter/employer side.
Workers are needed for agricultural tasks: planting, harvesting, and plant care. Work is outdoors with 8-hour shifts. Accommodation is provided near the workplace, along with meals and transportation to the farm. Overtime is paid with bonuses. Basic English is required for communication and understanding instructions. No prior experience needed, training provided on site.
